Kim Crabtree is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, creative (yes, this is important for realtors!), and caring. We first met over coffee at the beginning of my homebuying process to talk about what is important for me in a home (in my case, location) as well as how much I might be interested putting in as a down payment. After getting pre-approved for a mortgage, we had a follow up conversation to talk about realistic concessions I might be willing to make in order to still make my home-buying goals a reality. Kim continued to work with me, attending open houses with me and ultimately helping me buy my first home in Montclair, NJ! I felt very comfortable working with Kim throughout the process and it's evident that she really cares about her clients' well-being and satisfaction with their home purchase! In short, Kim is wonderful, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Northern NJ!

She did not needlessly show me every home in my range, only the ones that she knew I would love. When we first started she would show me multiple homes online, ask questions, and get an understanding of exactly what I was looking for. She once said that I would have to have a list of non-negotiables because I would not be able to find everything on my list. Amazingly, she found everything on my list. Right down to the red door.
